There are several ongoing major water and sewage projects in Askøy. There has been a lot of construction activity in the municipality in recent years, and work is required to upgrade capacity of the water sources, elevated basin, treatment plant, and not least, the pipeline network. Amongst other things, new pipelines will be established in connection with an ongoing major road project.
