• Complete renovation of Richard Withs gate 54, option 56, NLSH Vesterålen General and joint benefits The company is described in accordance with NS 3420 (edition 2024-01) and includes complete implementation including necessary auxiliary work. Rigging and operation: establishment/operation/decommissioning of building site, logistics, security, building cleaning and waste management. HMS/SHA, quality assurance and FDV documentation according to requirements in describeRichard Withs gate 54 - main contractor (4 housing units) Demolition and dismantling: required inside and outside demolition/dismantling, including sorting and disposal of demolition materials. Attention to preserve structures that must stand. External total renovation: improvement/renewal of roofs and facades, post-insulation, new/renewed cladding and surface treatment, as well replacement/renewal of windows and external doors as required. Full internal remodeling: establishment of four separate housing units with separate entrance doors, new floor plan and necessary building-related works (walls, ceilings, floors, doors, surfaces). Plumbing: new/modified water and drainage systems for bathrooms and kitchens for all units, including water stops/inspection cabinets where this is specified, as well as other sanitary installations in accordance with working drawings.Heating/ventilation: necessary works related to heating and ventilation, including disassembly/reassembly/adaptations where existing solutions are affected (e.g. heat pump).
