Description:
Rå Biopark AS plans to announce a negotiated tender competition in early 2025 for the construction and civil engineering portion of the project. In parallel, two previously published competitions are ongoing to secure contracts with suppliers for biogas production and digestate treatment. In this competition, the selected contractor will be responsible for refurbishing and expanding an existing process building, as well as constructing foundations for the installation of tank facilities. The design process is currently underway, and the choice of supplier and biogas production solution will influence the execution of the building and foundation work. Construction is expected to commence in early 2026, with an estimated contract value between NOK 50 and 100 million. Rå Biopark AS, in collaboration with Norconsult, will oversee project management and design. The work will be carried out under an NS 8405 contract, and coordination with multiple international technology suppliers will be required throughout the contract period.
