Tender is invited to building and craft services
Short description: The competition applies to the delivery of building and craft services, framework agreement. The framework agreement primarily includes ongoing operation and maintenance of existing building stock under the auspices of the Property Department. The framework agreement is managed by the real estate department and does not bind other departments in the municipality. For example, the Department of Project and Development is not bound by the agreement, but can use it if they find it appropriate. Based on the background of last year's consumption, the estimated annual value for the framework agreement is NOK 35,000,000,- excl. VAT. The annual value will depend on economic framework conditions and the other political decisions. There is a great deal of uncertainty about future withdrawals, and maximum withdrawal during the contract period (roof volume) will be NOK 240,000,000,- excl. VAT. The volume figures are not binding on the client. Assignment is not bound by the framework agreement for individual procurement with value more than NOK 15 million excl. VAT.
