Description:
Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Improve Accessibility and Visualisation of Quantitative Results Data. NRC is seeking a consultant to support it in making accessible its quantitative results monitoring data, in a consistent and clear way to represent the range of information that is available, to allow both senior management and global technical specialists. As NRC expands in operational scope and in the data available to it, there is an increasing need to make sure this data is available and well-presented to facilitate its use in decision-making. NRC has a wealth of quantitative data coming from its Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems, about the scope, scale and effectiveness of its programmes. The global MEL team are responsible for overseeing the systems and processes that allow the appropriate colleagues to access this data in a clear and meaningful way (in addition to the frameworks, systems and tools that lead to the production of this data). Over the past few years, the global MEL team have developed analysis products according to the needs at the time, but have lacked a consistent and clear way to represent the range of information that is available, to allow both senior management and global technical specialists to understand and make best use of this information. To address the gaps that exist, the organisation is seeking expertise in data visualisation and representation to standardise how quantitative MEL data is communicated.
