- Enova SF ("Enova") is responsible for Norwegian participation in the EU Innovation Fund. A significant part of Enova's work with the EU Innovation Fund is to mobilise Norwegian applicants for the scheme, as well as to facilitate Norwegian applicants as much as possible to reach the European competition. In order to contribute to this, Enova wants to give the Norwegian market access to highly specialised information, consultancy and competence on the criteria and application process in the EU Innovation Fund. Based on good experience with equivalent tenders in the last three years, Enova wants to maintain the offer of external expert assistance for the purpose for up to four years. The expert assistance shall be used to share competence and information with Norwegian actors, as well as give specific advice on how otherwise good technology projects can sharpen their applications to reach the demanding competition in the EU's Innovation Fund. Enova will manage the use of the consultant so that the services will be part of a targeted applicant offer. The external capacity is expected to contribute to) very specific competence in the eu-scheme in question, ii) increase Enova's capacity in its service offer to Norwegian applicants to the EU Innovation Fund, as well as iii) provide rapid and targeted knowledge transfer/specific capacity building in Enova.
