- The aim of the contract is to cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for consultancy services at full cost. The contract will apply to consultancy services within the area of full cost in general, but the main quantity of the assignments will be connected to the self-cost accounts. The need includes fixed assignments and deadlines throughout the year and in addition assignments that will vary over time and between the municipalities. The Contracting Authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement for fixed and variable assignments with one tenderer.
