Description:
Sykehusinnkjøp HF [the Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust] is implementing the procurement of ICT consultancy services on behalf of the four regional health authorities. The purpose of the procurement is to safeguard the regional health authorities gaining access to consultants with the correct competence at the right price, and when the demand is present. The framework agreements must cover a periodic capacity deficit and to some extend a lack of competence in the companies. Altogether, the contracts must cover the needs of the four regional health authorities.
