Description:
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for consultancy services for organisation development. Nkom is preparing a new business strategy that shall strengthen the organisation ́s ability to meet future challenges and possibilities. As a part of this strategy, it is relevant to assess whether Nkom is properly organised to ensure that the organisation is best equipped to fulfil its social mission. Nkom would like assistance with organisation design and organisation development in order to support this process. This includes, among other things, analyses of the current organisation structure, the development of new organisational models and the implementation of changes that promote effective task solving, good cooperation across disciplines and strengthened the ability to facilitate innovation internally and in the sector. A new organisation design shall be developed, and in this process we need external assistance.
