- The Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom) would like to enter into a contract for consultancy services to complete new SMP analyses of the wholesale markets for broadband and prepare final decisions with obligations for service providers with a strong market position (SMP). Nkom envisages that the consultancy services shall mainly be provided by an individual who, throughout 2024, and possibly into 2025 can be included in Nkom's team consisting of its own employees who participate in the work on new analyses of the relevant wholesale markets and assessment of measures.
