- Tender is invited to consultancy for design and conduct the auction of area for renewable energy production at sea
Short description: The areas of southern North Sea II and Utsira Nord were opened for renewable energy production at 2020. Southern North Sea II will have a total capacity of 3000 MW, and will be expanded in two phases. Each phase will have a capacity of 1500 MW. The Government has decided that auction should be the main model in the allocation of areas for renewable energy production at sea, and the areas of southern North Sea II will be allocated via the auction. The assignment includes preparing an overall auction model for southern North Sea II, including the design of a possible support system to the phase I of Southern North Sea II. The remaining parts of the assignment are limited to phase I of southern North Sea II, and include assistance in connection with the consultation of the proposed auction model, the development of specific auction rules and any support system, development/acquisition of auction software and assistance during the actual auction.
