Tenders are invited to consultancy services - Communication/Pope Effect Railway Forum S0R (JBFS)
Short Description: Railway Forum South has interconnection of the Sørlandsbanen and Vestfoldbanen as the main goal. The pairing will bind the southwest country together with Telemark and Vestfold towards Oslo. This assignment will prioritize the link between the Sørlandsbanen and Vestfoldbanen - what is called the Grenlandsbanen "Genistreken". It is important here to make shorter travel time between Stavanger - Kristiansand - Oslo and show the benefit of the investments made / will be made in Vestfold and Telemark and Viken (Buskerud) counties. The consultant will assist, arrange and prepare meetings with decision makers at all levels. The politicians in the forum and county authorities will, with the support of the consultant, conduct influence work to obtain grants for the connection. The most important influence work takes place from start -up to the last meeting for the next NTP process.
