Consultant Services for Development of Management
The Police Joint Services (PFT) shall, on behalf of the police and sheriff's authorities and the Police Security Service, enter into a framework agreement for consulting services for the development of management. The need under the framework agreement includes Development of future top executives, individual coaching, leadership development and training, leadership group development, leaders' role in digital transformation, mentoring, leadership development activities that will contribute to the follow -up of DFØ report 2024: 2 Culture and management in the police and other activities. A complete description of customers under the framework agreement, as well as the purpose and scope of the framework agreement, is specified in SSA-R Appendix 1 (overall description of the benefits the framework agreement applies, and an overview of the clients who can allocate contracts under the framework agreement).
