- Rå Biopark AS plans to invest in and establish a new biogas production plant at the existing waste treatment plant in Skibotn in Storfjord municipality. In this competition, an agreement must be entered into with a tenderer for engineering design and consultancy services in connection with the construction of the Rå Biopark biogas plant for one and/or two phases of the project (phase 2 is an option). This includes, among other things, carrying out the design of the plant, process management, project drafting, preliminary design and follow-up during the construction period. In particular, the tenderer will have primary responsibility for the preparation of procurement documentation for the upcoming contract procurement (construction and construction work), current and relevant approvals and permits from relevant authorities and compliance with public requirements for the biogas plant, as well as being a sparring partner for Rå Biopark in the planning of the implementation of the biogas plant.
