- Description:
- The purpose of the procurement is for Enova to enter into an agreement for the purchase of consultancy assistance to analyze and monitor developments in the Norwegian market for solar cell installations. Statistics and other information about the market for solar cell installations must, among other things, form the basis for cost calculationsfor comparison with other technologies for energy production and assessments regarding the use of means. The procurement is carried out by Enova as client (agreement party) in collaboration with NVE. The supplier must propose statistics that give a good picture of the development of the solar cell market in Norway. In addition,forecasts are required for further development with sensitivity considerations for important framework conditions such as electricity prices and interest rates. Choice of indicators and other information must be stated. It must be stated which data sources are the basis. After the start of the assignment, it is planned to establish a reference groupppe where representatives from industry organizations for suppliers of solar cell systems will be included. This network will be able to contribute information to the suppliers and thus facilitate the collection of information. The agreement will apply from the time of entering into the contract and for two (2) years, with an option for Kunden to extend the contract for up to a further 1 1 years, a total maximum of four (4) years.
