- Consulting services in the building trades - framework agreement Gjesdal municipality is inviting a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services within the building trades according to NS8402 (consultant assignment after elapsed time). It may also be applicable with construction management according to NS8403 (Construction management/project management).Through the procurement, the client wishes to associate external expertise for consulting and planning. A supplier who receives the framework agreement is expected to be operational to join projects immediately afterwards contracting. The client needs assistance in planned projects and smaller administrative tasks. Knowledge transfer so that the municipality can strengthen its own organization and increase competence related to similar projects in the future is a desired effect of this framework agreement. The supplier must have the knowledge and capacity to cover the need within the areas/tasks stated in appendix 1.
