Short Description: The Armed Forces need to enter into a framework agreement for technical consumables for our Bell412 helicopter. The agreement will cover original Bell consumer material that we need when conducting a helicopter maintenance, see Scope in Annex 10. The agreement should not cover engine parts and standard consumables as these are covered by other framework agreements the Armed Forces have.
