Description : Helse Sør-Øst RHF shall establish a new hospital in Drammen. A decision has been made to locate the new hospital in the Brakerøya industrial area. Work scope for contract 2403 1. Supporting constructions. Steel constructions will be assembled by the framework contracts. Parts of the steel constructions must be fire isolated by contract 2403. 2. Internal walls. Includes all internal walls, but not concrete and lightweight aggregate walls that are part of the framework contracts (K2301 and K2302). Non-loadbearing walls are to be generally constructed with studding of thin sheets of steel, lining of OSB/3 sheets, and covered with robust plasterboard. The skirting is not separated with separate TFM codes/components. The same components in the IFC model used for inner walls is to be used. The internal covering on outer walls and the insulation of the innermost furring is to be carried out by 2403. 3. Glass panels. Glass panels will often by separated from internal doors by a section of wall between the glass panel and the internal wall.
