Description:
The health service's operating organization for emergency network HF (HDO) is responsible for operation and management of Chelton emergency network equipment (helicopter radios) in the air ambulance service. The company currently has an agreement with Scandinavian Avionics Norway Division (SA) as supplier of Supply of Service Level Agreement (SLA) og hardware. The agreement was concluded on 1 November 2017, with an original agreement period of four years. The SLA part of the agreement had the option of one-year extensions for up to 6 years (maximum total duration 4 1 1 1 1 1 1=10 years). As a result of a changed price model due to discontinued/obsolete parts from the manufacturer to the suppliernd0r, there is a need to enter into a new agreement. HDO intends to enter into a new supply of Service Level Agreement (SLA) on Chelton helicopter radios directly with SA to ensure continued access to service and maintenance on emergency network critical communication equipment.
