- The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like a contract for the maintenance of the programme EFFECT, which is the Norwegian Public Roads Administration ́s tool for utility cost analysis of measures in the transport system. The service shall briefly include first and second line user support, courses, troubleshooting, error recovery, program corrections and updates, updating of basic data (ferry fares, traffic prognoses and price indexes), new versions, preventive maintenance, as well as maintaining competence on the system and the system ́s technological platform.
