  EEA 065-2017 Dynamic procurement scheme for AV equipment — Bergen municipality with collaboration partners.
  Bergen municipality with collaboration partners shall enter into a dynamic procurement scheme (DPS) for AV equipment.
  Main Site : Hordaland, Norway.
  Bergen municipality with collaboration partners shall enter into a dynamic procurement scheme (DPS) for AV equipment.
  Bergen municipality with collaboration partners would like to establish framework agreements for AV products as a basis for procurements under a given procurement value. The procurement value for when the dynamic procurement scheme shall be used is clarified in each framework agreement.
  This dynamic procurement scheme shall be used above the procurement value clarified in each framework agreement and for categories for which no framework agreement has been established.
  Framework agreements will be established that are connected to this DPS for the following:
  AV equipment meeting rooms,
  AV equipment interactive boards — Smart Board + supplementation,
  AV equipment interactive boards,

  In addition to the connected framework agreements, the dynamic procurement scheme shall apply to AV equipment within the following categories:
  Installations for large rooms,
  Large motorised screens with the accompanying projectors, lighting installations, audio installations, mixers (lights and audio), source selector, motorised tackle including control panel, microphones, wire loop.
  Special needs within:
  Video conference beyond what is specified in the framework agreement, cameras, videocameras, etc.
  New suppliers can continually qualify for participation in the scheme. Only qualified suppliers will have access to the published competitions included in the scheme.
  Requirements: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
  Documentation: Company Registration Certificate, which has been issued no more than six months before the tender deadline. Confirmation of registration in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the supplier is established (applies to foreign companies).
  Requirement: If the tenderer uses other companies to be qualified.
  If a tenderer will use other companies to be qualified in regard to the Contracting Authority's qualification requirements, tenderer must document for the Contracting Authority that the tenderer will have control of the necessary resources, for example by submitting a commitment statement about this from the companies. The self-declaration form is to be found under the tab ‘Documents'. For a company supporting the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements, such documentation must be submitted as required in the relevant qualification requirement. Attention is drawn to the fact that in cases where the tenderer uses other companies to qualify, the sub-suppliers must complete a separate self-declaration form (ESPD form), cf. section 2.8. Sub-suppliers can use Mercell for this. Contact Mercell support for any assistance on how this can be accomplished in the portal.   Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.
