Description:
Counseling for planning and construction of reindeer room
100 m2 of clean areas (class 7 and 5), for landfill, photolitography and characterization of photonics and nanotechnology. The total area will be around 300 m2 and it will be built in the basement of an existing building. The cleaning room was planned with layout and specifications in 2020. These plans must be reviewed, updated and quality assured. This will be done from September to December 2025. Then there will be a tender process in early 2026, with construction later in 2026. We are looking for a specialized consulting firm for review of the plans, and possibly also participation in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of offers. Another consulting firm will be involved in planning construction work, especially for a gas storage and a mezzanine floor, and the planning will be coordinated with the construction of a cold room In the same basement.
