Description:
Craftsman services for Health Nord-Trøndelag The purpose of the procurement is the conclusion of framework agreements for the purchase of tradesman services with naturally accompanying materials within the construction and electrical trades to cover the Customer's needs in connection with operation, maintenance and development of the building stock. Tasks will include unforeseen and planned operation and maintenance tasks as well as projects. Health Nord-Trøndelag has a building stock of approx. 100,000 m² divided between 2 hospitals. Levanger Hospital (approx. 66,000 m²) and Namsos Hospital (approx. 33,000 m²). In addition, several smaller institutional buildings will be located around these hospitals. The maximum total value of the acquisition is NOK 282.75 million excluding VAT.
