- Tenders Are Invited The purpose of the acquisition is to enter into an agreement on the delivery of credit cards with personal and corporate liability as well as travel account accounts and the transfer of transaction data to the travel account system. Environment According to § 7-9 of the regulations, the environment must be weighted by at least 30% when awarding, unless the procurementbased on its nature and environmental impact is immaterial - cf. FOA § 7-9 (5). The environmental impact of this procurement is assessed by its nature to fall under the exception, as this is an electronic service procurement. Furthermore, the climate and environmental impact concretely for this acquisition will be marginal as it does notcontains input factors other than electricity for operating computers in connection with transactions, etc.
