Description:
Crisis support tool The ministries' security and service organization (DSS) wishes to enter into a joint framework agreement for the ministry community with several others (see point 1.2.1) for the delivery of a crisis support tool. The contracting parties need an ungraded crisis support tools that support the efficient handling of crises and incidents across the businesses. Among other things, the tool must meet the following functional needs: • Logging of events and decisions • Sending messages internally and externally • Notoriety in incident handling and documentation • Media handling, including overview and response • Guard log • Plans and instructions for the crisis organization • Access management at user level • Interaction between actors (including external) and levels • Case management for registration of journeys, exercises, deviations and other matters. • Reiseregistrering.no for Norwegian citizens traveling. • Integrations with Microsoft, NOARK systems, DSF, the Reiseklar app, SAP. • Risk assessment according to Norwegian standard 5814/5832 and ISO 31000
