Short description: The assignment is two -fold, where the county council collects the supplier to provide customer center service and route information related to public transport in Finnmark. All counties have a route information service (telephone 177) related to public transport. The sub -assignment consists of providing/answering route information per. Telephone, email and chat for public transport in Finnmark (bus, speedboat, ferry and flex). For the route operation in Finnmark, the client has chosen not to have physical customer centers in the grid, and instead focused on accessibility by phone, email, chat and social Media. The sub -assignment consists of answering and processing customer inquiries beyond route information.
