Datasj0en is an important investment area for the municipality. Stavanger municipality wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for consultancy services related to further development and use of the municipality's data lake, with an option for general development and integration services. In Stavanger municipality's digitization strategy (adopted 2022), the municipality has targets for active digitization in the municipality's service development. To achieve this, the municipality must be technologically advanced and we must be at the forefront in areas which are important to the municipality. We will also make use of our own data. The municipality's digitization strategy also aims for the municipality to collaborate on digitization; by collaborating with partners, and working together to seek economies of scale where rational. In this context, Stavanger sees The municipality envisages that services and solutions developed either for or together with the municipality must be able to be shared with other municipalities and associations of municipalities of which Stavanger Municipality is a part. The data lake is actively used in varied projects within service development, insight, analysis and sharing of data. The municipality has several ongoing projects within several service areas where we have collected data from several sources such as data from professional systems and sensor data.
