- Sandnes eiendom, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, needs to enter into a contract for the provision of services where an analysis tool is used for controlling, sorting and categorising submitted MOMD documents, especially in new projects and independent project scopes. The contracting authority will therefore examine the market with a view to possible solutions that fulfil the contracting authority ́s needs. A market survey with a draft of the requirement specifications is attached. The requirement specifications determine the minimum requirements that the Contracting Authority sets for an analysis tool for control, sorting and categorisation of submitted MOM documents. Tenderers who can offer such a system are asked to fulfil the requirements in the requirement specifications. See the attached market survey and requirement specifications for further information.
