Description : In accordance with the act and regulations concerning public procurements, Sarpsborg kommune (Sarpsborg Municipality) (hereafter called the contracting authority), invites tenderers to participate in a contest for a 2-year framework agreement with an option for 1 year + 1 year for the delivery of groceries, dairy products, baked goods, fresh meat and meat products and fresh fruit and vegetables. More information about procurement content and scope is described in the procurement documents, with a general overview in part 2 - Requirement specification. Online grocery shopping in parallel with this contest, the contracting authority has announced its own contest for entry into internet-based grocery shopping where the same products as in the previous groups can be delivered and the above-named contracts will therefore not be exclusive. The contract within online e-commerce will be aimed at companies that have little storage space, need for small orders, and fast delivery. It is the contracting authority's evaluation prior to an order that will determine which contract will be used.
