Tenders are invited to the delivery of hotel services - Enovaconference
Short description: Enova has in the past nine years arranged Enovaconferansen, which is one of Norway's largest conferences within the energy and climate area. Enova needs to acquire hotel services, ie enter into an agreement with a hotel where the Enovaconference will take place. The Enovaconference is arranged in Trondheim, ie the hotel must be located in Trondheim Municipality, within walking distance to Trondheim city center. The hotel must have a plenum hall with capacity of up to approx. 900 participants in cinema, with great scene. In addition, it is required that there must be a lunch area for up to approx. 900 people and dinner area for up to approx. 800 people at the same hotel. There must also be accommodation opportunities for a minimum of approx. 350 participants at the same hotel.
