Description:
Demolition of building 8 at Valdres upper secondary school Innlandet County Municipality, as the developer, is asking for an offer for a complete demolition of Building 8 at Valdres vgs., with address Yrkesskulevegen 2. The building was built in 1960 and is over 2 floors with a main part and a basement. The building is constructed as a brick and concrete building with complementary timbering, and has a salt roof construction. The building has a staggered part that includes the 1st floor and a basement. The demolition work also includes the demolition and removal of foundations and technical equipment installations. The area where the building has stood must be returned with the filling of new draining and clean masses that are suitable for a graveled leveling layer, which will be used for drivable areas and parking. The ground surface is approx. 465 m2 and with approx. 1,325 m2 BTA, in addition loft, see scope under the demolition description. Inspection will be held: 12.03.2026 at 12:00.
