Description:
Short Description: Hemnes municipality will establish a staff base in connection with care homes at Villmoneset Idled. The staff base must be organized for 4 employees and contain wardrobe functions, office, and common room/staff room. In addition, the extension contains bucket / technical room and a windscreen that the gear interior connection between one of the apartments and the staff base. The extension will also be contained with stairs and wheelchair ramp to terrain. It should be noted that housing will be inhabited during construction time and that during the construction period it is scaled that residents have access to their homes. Access should be safe and clear. When it applies to outdoor work, all surfaces should appear as they are today after the project is completed. Grass should be sown in and there should be the same surface (gravel) in the entire parking lot. Key area in the project: Demolition- mainly parts of the hallway, storage room and two doors as well as parts of the roof.
