Description:
The design and construction of care homes in Asveien 156
The care homes in the Asveien project include demolition of existing building, construction of 6 residential units with associated sports stalls, common room, employee base and technical rooms. The building is distributed on two floors, associated with stairwells and a lifting platform. The outdoor area includes a waste storage room, 7 parking spaces and bicycle parking. The building should meet passive house standards, Class A, and is designed as a continuous facility consisting of Four roof houses on two floors. The project will be carried out as the developer -developed total contract in accordance with. NS 8407 with binding sketch project from Ark. The start -up for the project is planned to sign a contract. The contractor should have the capacity to complete the contract object most recently within 29.01.2027 (end deadline).
