Description : The assignment includes design of technical municipal infrastructure for regulated housing area with water, waste water, surface water, roads, footpaths, retaining walls, security fences, carparks, playgrounds, street lighting and cabling for electricity and fibre. Planning and implementation of geotechnical investigations/reports for facilities and sites, coordination, planning and organising the hire of forest contractors for forestry access for sub-surface surveys. Perform environmental mapping of warehouse buildings for demolition. Carry out engaging of contractors. The selected tenderer will be the responsible applicant and engineering design in relation to the building application. Options for construction follow-up and design of paths/hiking tracks.
