Short description: The procurement of the Kinn municipality will enter into an agreement on the detailed design of complete VASS power plants and a new transfer line and for the water in / at Sagaelva in Florø, as well as the road from the yellow chips to Sagavatnet. For detailed design, preparation of requirements specification for tender documents in the form of supply basis / work bases for contracts with sub-subjects according to NS8405. Specifications must be prepared in accordance with NS3420, as well as cheek municipality's VA norm. Necessary tender drawings, work drawings and as built drawings must be prepared. Agreement will be entered into by NS 8402.
