• Description:
• The competition is for the procurement of qualified assistance for developing architecture, profiling, terminology management, integration model and implementation of the system, as well as any adaptations and set-up of free software. in connection with the establishment of a joint information storage system for the public dental health service. Novari IKS is owned by all the counties and Oslo municipalities. The procurement is stage 1 in a larger project that also intends to procure a joint EPJ for the dental health service in stage 2, with storage of central data in a joint information storage system that is established in Stage 1. The two procurements will have clear interface to each other. The contracting authority will, in connection with the establishment of the joint information storage system, strive to make all relevant information available, so that suppliers who participate in the deliveries in stage 1 are not excluded from participating in stage 2. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage.
