• Development DigiDOT, Stage 1 The competition concerns the procurement of qualified assistance to develop architecture, profiling, terminology management, integration model and solution implementation as well as possible adaptation and setup of free software. in connection with the establishment of a joint information storage solution for the public dental health service. Novari IKS is owned by all the county municipalities and Oslo municipality. The acquisition is step 1 in a larger project that also aims to acquire a common EHR for the dental health service in stage 2, with storage of central data in a common information storage solution that is established in stage 1. The two acquisitions will have clear interfaces to each other. The client will, in connection with the establishment of the joint the information storage solution, strive to make all relevant information available, so that suppliers who participate in the deliveries in stage 1 are not excluded from participating in stage 2. The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 10,000,000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage. ENVIRONMENT: This acquisition is by its nature considered to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph.
