Tenders are invited to dialog conference - base application
Short description: Bærum municipal property wants to carry out a dialogue conference with the market to clarify what is available and how relevant suppliers can solve the municipality's need for centralized management and operation of the real estate portfolio from a central hub, via a base Application, further called Smart Management Platform. In the long term, the solution should cover all of the municipality's buildings that are relevant to connect the municipal real estate network (building engineering network). Bærum municipality wants to consider the integration of 11 pcs. Pilote properties against the central base application. The municipality shall acquire a solution that can support effective monitoring and operation of the municipality's real estate portfolio, and contribute to centralized management and control from the municipality's control center.
