- Invitation to a dialogue conference with suppliers of municipal websites Description of the procurementLier municipality would like to upgrade or procure a new, complete publication system for its website on the http://www.lier.kommune.no. This includes design, maintenance and further development of the system. The objective of the project: A municipality ́s website is a 24 hour service where inhabitants, employees, politicians, volunteers, businesses, the press and others shall find relevant and easily accessible information about the municipality ́s services. Lier municipality ought, therefore, to have a modern, user friendly and stable website system that is well secured from undesired access from unauthorised persons. The content shall be neat and user-friendly, as well as follow the requirements for universal design, privacy and other legislation. Traffic measurement must be possible, both in real time and historically, in order to make data driven decisions about content and design of pages. The websites are an important part of the reputation building for the municipality. Main areas that are important for Lier kommune are: User friendliness (both for visitors and editors)Accessibility Security Continual management To see what is available and at what cost, we would like to have a dialogue with the market and hereby invite tenderers to a dialogue conference on Teams 10 October 2024.
