Description:
The aim of the procurement is to procure diathermy apparatuses for central operation and day surgery, diathermy apparatuses for outpatients clinics, smoke evacuator, trolleys, and equipment-dependent consumables for Stavanger Hospital Trust. The diathermy apparatuses must be delivered with monopoly and bipolar double pedals. A framework agreement will be signed for the procurement of equipment and an accompanying framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables with one tenderer. The framework agreement for equipment will apply for 2 years. After that the contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum contract period is four years. The framework agreement for equipment will include equipment-dependent options that will be valid for as long as the equipment is in use at the contracting authority. The framework agreement for equipment-dependent consumables will have a duration for as long as the equipment procured under the framework agreement for equipment is in use at the contracting authority.
