• Description:
• NRK will move to new premises in both Trondheim and Stavanger, and this move represents a significant opportunity for modernization. However, the new offices will have less physical space, which requires more efficient use of the building. This places specific requirements for the choice of technological Solutions, which NRK has defined under the concept of digital building. In connection with this procurement, NRK seeks to establish an agreement with a supplier for delivery of the following: 1. Meeting room equipment: Equipment to ensure efficient and modern meeting facilities, adapted to the new premises.2. Booking solution: a System to simplify and streamline the process of reserving meeting rooms and other facilities.3. Information Screens: Screens to be used to disseminate important information to employees and visitors in an easily accessible way.4. Lock to cabinets (option): Although this is an option it is important To emphasize that no suppliers will be rejected if they cannot offer this feature. The price of this option will not be evaluated, but of course, unrealistically high prices will not lead to the release of the option. We therefore encourage suppliers that can offer this feature to give their Best prices. Furthermore, NRK wants to implement a common top system that will integrate and manage the various technological solutions effectively. This system will ensure a comprehensive and seamless operation of the digital components of the building, and contribute to the optimal utilization of the new premises. For this procurement, quantities will be regulated during the contract period. We have entered an expected number of units of different products, but it is the final design / planning that will indicate how much it is purchased by each product.
