Digital Grant Management
KS Digital has, on behalf of the Municipal Central Association (KS) and the Ministry of Local Government and District (KDD), established the project "Grant management". The purpose of the project is to establish a new service in the form of a digital ecosystem that together provides a service for grant management that is modern, innovative and flexible. KS Digital aims to be able to build a composable service where individual components can be replaced if needed and want to use standardized deliveries from the supplier market as far as possible. The service has been named "KS grants". The service will consist of six components, where two of the 'case processing system' and 'form solution' will be procured (this acquisition) and be part of the digital ecosystem of the "KS grant" service. In addition to four components that the project is developing, the service will also reuse existing infrastructure at KS Digital in combination with national common components. Regionalforvaltning.no is one of many solutions used for grant management; Among other things, the county municipalities use the solution to manage nutritional grants.
