Description:
The municipality of Raelingen intends to enter into an agreement with Framsikt AS for the delivery of a cloud-based solution for analysis, financial plan, annual budget, reporting, politicians and municipal plan. Through online searches and conversations with other municipalities, Raelingen municipality has not found solutions that can covere needs in the same way as Framsikt AS. The solution from Framsikt AS contains a digital system for analysis, plans, financial plan, annual budget, as well as political participation in the overall process for business management and reporting in accordance with Section 14-4 and Section 14-7 of the Municipal Act. Raelingen municipality hashas followed the market for a long time, and has found that there is only one supplier who can deliver a solution that meets all the municipality's needs for the various modules. The agreement shall include the modules that cover current and future needs in municipal planning, budgeting (including climate budget), 0financial planning, reporting and business management. The agreement shall cover an overall solution with good integration between the modules to ensure quality and efficiency. The system must be able to be integrated with the municipality's financial and payroll system, and it is desirable that it can import data from otherssources and systems. The system will make the financial plan more user-friendly and accessible, as well as include a solution for being able to publish on the internet, provide a good overview of the municipality's investment portfolio and streamline the reporting process.
