Short description: Bømlo municipality does not have approved archive premises in accordance with the regulations. Therefore, assignments must be obtained at IKA Hordaland. Before that, I need to digitize archival-worthy documents within the construction matter, surveying, agricultural, forest road and plan archives, cf. Archives Act with regulations. It will release time for the municipality's personnel who have a daily request for the document and inhabitants simpler and better access. At the same time one will ensure greater security for correct and equal treatment.
