- Tenders are invited to document production system
Short description: through a larger modernization project, which has been going on since 2017 and will continue for several years to come, the Brønnøysund Register Center builds new case processing systems. For the new systems, a number of joint services are realized, and we now want to establish a joint service for document production. There is a need for a document production system for generating large volumes of letters and documents that mainly contain the processing and registry information from orders. The system must have a template tool and library for development, maintenance and storage of templates, a document generator for the production of documents and a text editor for editing documents produced by the document generator. The system and tools must be able to be integrated with the subject systems, such as the Brønnøysund Register Center, through standardized system integration systems interface. The procurement does not include tools for case processing itself, distribution or archiving documents.
