Drammen municipality - Procurement of fabric catalogs
The municipality of Drammen intends to enter into an agreement for the purchase of a chemical management system (substance inventory and exposure register) for the entire municipality of Drammen, and concerns the delivery, implementation and support of a chemical management system (substance inventory and exposure register). Drammen municipality is subject to requirements in the Regulations on the execution of work and the Act on the control of products and consumer services (the Product Control Act) and must acquire an IT service that facilitates the company's compliance with these requirements. The agreement has a duration of 3 (three) year and is then automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time unless it is terminated by Drammen municipality with 3 (three) months' notice before the renewal date. The supplier can terminate the agreement with 12 (twelve) months' notice before the renewal date. The procurement has an estimated annual value of NOK 500,000. The annual amount is only an estimate based on previous years' consumption. The estimate does not imply any obligation for the client or any rights for the Supplier. The total value of the acquisition is estimated at NOK 2,000,000 excl. VAT, cf. procurement regulations § 5-4 (12) letter b).
