• Description:
• Drawing/planning of a new health center The competition concerns assignments for the preparation of a Feasibility Study (phase 1) and Preliminary Project (phase 2) for a new health centre. The client has the option of having the offered ARK transported to a later turnkey contract. Too close information we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage. Political treatment is included in the transition between phase 1 and phase 2. This procurement is after of its kind considered to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/architectural services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. § 7 of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as it is considered disproportionate, because there is a need for specialized competence that an apprentice cannot be expected to possess, cf. the Apprenticeship Regulations § 6 (4).
