Tenders are invited to the Due Diligence Department of Energy Technical Nuclear sector
Short description: The state by NND shall take over the nuclear sector from IFE. This involves transferring about 200 employees and atomic facilities in Halden and at Kjeller (both ownership and operation), and operation of combined warehouse and landfill for low and interactive waste (KLDRA) in Himdalen. It is a goal that the transfer will take place by 1.1.2024. The transfer will take place in the form of a business transfer. The state has in the occasion need for a better understanding of which business to take over and supplement is used efficiently and in line with management signals. The assignment entails a financial review IFE's nuclear sector, and some legal assessments. The assignment should be completed by June 10, 2022.
