Short Description: ROR Purchasing now establishes a dynamic purchasing scheme (DIO) for the purchase and assembly of photovoltaic plants in accordance with Chapter 26 of the Public Procurement Regulations. This means that when Molde Eiendom KF is to acquire solar systems, competitions will be posted in the dynamic procurement scheme.
