  Description : The dynamic purchasing system will cover Oslo Municipality's entities' need for medium-heavy vehicles. Medium-heavy vehicles means vehicles over 3.5 tonnes. Examples of medium-heavy vehicles that are relevant to procure under the dynamic purchasing system are:
  • large goods vehicles — lorries between 3.5 tonne and 5.5 tonne which in shape and appearance look like a van;
  • minibus — has between 10 and 17 seats;
  • lorries: between 3.5 tonnes to 7.5 tonnes.
  Medium-heavy vehicles will only be procured under the system that are based on zero emission technology, or that run on biogas.
